USPS Payroll
ALERT! (January 7, 2010)
The
U.S. Postal Service experienced a problem with payroll for
this Friday's (January 8) settlement date. Throughout
the country there are approximately 25,000 rural employees who
may be affected. These postal employees will not receive
their normal paychecks, however they can receive a salary
advance through their office. Please note that some of
these employees will receive paychecks through the payroll
process, but it will not be for the total amount due them.
Should
you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact
NCPCU's Payroll Liaison at the Postal Service, Christine
Harris. She can be reached by phone at (651) 406-2128,
or by e-mail Christine.A.Harris@usps.gov.

How
NCPCU began...
Organized in 1984 to represent the special interests of
postal credit unions, the National Council of Postal Credit Unions (NCPCU) has become a
powerful voice for its membership. The Council's founders recognized that credit
unions serving postal employees had unique needs which could be met through mutual
cooperation. So, they began to carefully develop programs which were targeted to the
special interests of postal credit unions.
Take a look at what we have to offer.
We think you will agree that membership makes sense for your credit union. It will
save your credit union time and money. But don't just take our word for it.
Judge for yourself by finding out about our services.
